    Luggage

Each ticket holder may bring one standard size suitcase or duffel bag no larger than 158 centimeters (62 inches) and weighing a maximum of 23 kilos (50 pounds) plus one carry-on bag that can fit in the overhead storage compartment. Customers wishing to transport a bicycle or tandem are charged $20 per bike for a return trip.

    Additional luggage

We recommend customers purchase additional luggage and gear in advance through our website or by contacting the call centre to guarantee we have room to accommodate your request. In the unlikely event that we do not have room for your gear, we commit to ensuring your gear travels safely on the next service and dropped off at your final destination.

No, any strollers which are collapsible are not charged. If the stroller cannot be folded, we reserve the right to charge $15 to transport the stroller.
